Centrally located on the hippest area of Bali - Oberoi, Literally steps away from the golden beaches of Petitinget, the location is the next best thing to staying in a beachfront property.

Upon stepping into this villa, the immediate feeling is one of youthful energy and luxurious comfort. The villa's designer touches are instantly evident from the very first sight; color combination of the walls and well placed, carefully selected art objects: modern painting and turn of the century Bali photographs on the walls, and primitive wood/stone carvings that sits on polished wood pedestals. Combined with refined designer furniture, and views of tropical greenery all around, Villa D'Suite Seminyak Bali permeates the new beat of Bali.

The modern touch continues into the garden and pool area, merging the inside of the house with the outside surroundings. Locally available volcanic stones called "Batu Candi" are used extensively through out the outdoor areas, a perfect example of how the use of natural materials can be adapted into a tropical contemporary design.

The lush tropical garden design takes on an almost geomantic approach, which compliments the contemporary design of the interior. Belonging mostly to the palm and heliconia species, the plants used through out the garden truly reflected the feeling of tropical living. Two "Batu Candi" sundecks rest at either side of the natural stone pool, one exposed to the sunlight, which is perfect for sunbathing, while the other placed under three mature trees, perfectly suited for lying under the shade for some long neglected siestas.

Roofed in traditional Balinese tile roof, Villa D'Suite Seminyak Bali is comprised of three bedrooms; two on either side of the semi-open living area flanked by a 2- tiered pond, and another to the one side of the air-conditioned living room. All three bedrooms have it's own ensuite bathrooms and all equipped with 33-channeled cable TV.

The living areas of the villa are the best combination of both worlds: indoors and outdoors. The indoor living room is fully air-conditioned and houses the sofa area with audio-visual systems housed in cabinets. Entertainment facilities consist of a cable television, DVD player, and stereo system - also supplied are a selection of DVDs, books and board games.

To the other end of this area sits a long, highly polished teak table that enables 8 to sit and dine comfortably. Behind the dinning table is the pantry with mini-bar, refrigerator, and sink. All around are ceiling to floor windows, which opens up to the semi-out door living area, effectively combines the two into one large living space. Here one finds a six-person round glass top table with comfortable rattan woven dinning chair.

To the other side, a 2 piece matching rattan woven sofas is placed. With ceiling fans servicing both areas, this is a perfect place to spend a balmy Balinese afternoon, while listening to the flowing sounds of water coming from the circulating 2-tiered pond and the Jacuzzi further out.

All floors are made of white Terrazzo tiles divided by glass, which again shows the resourcefulness of the designer when it comes to the combination of materials used. The polished Terrazzos continue into the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, where the feeling of tropical contemporary designs persevered, complete with a split-unit air conditioner, wooden built-in closets, a personal safety box and large windows and doors opening onto the garden or pool.

All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, which has separate shower and tub areas, and also uses Terrazzo through out the floor, tub and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with a cable television, making a lazy morning even harder to get up to.

This villa's design accomplished in capturing what "Bali Modern" is all about: contemporary design, minimalism, space, and attention to detail. With its urban location on an almost beach front location, it is ideally situated for holiday makers who want to enjoy the best of what the Oberoi area has to offer.

Master Suite Bedroom
This very spacious and luxurious Master Suite Bedroom is located in one single, one storey pavilion with very high ceilings. It has a king-sized bed where you fall asleep like a rose and dream away. There is a very spacious dressing area, a wide terrazzo rain shower, an open-air bath surrounded with lotus ponds and a separate toilet. You can also find a beautiful wooden desk with a computer, fantastic contemporary art at the walls and a great lounging seat overlooking the green infinity views.

Two Similar Luxurious Bedrooms
There is a very spacious pavilion located more towards the river which houses two different luxurious Bedrooms. Both are very similar bedrooms and have king-sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. There are high ceilings and whitewashed wooden floorings. The bathrooms have dressings, spacious rain showers, open-air baths set in beautiful private gardens with little lotus ponds and each a separate toilet.

Three Various Luxurious Bedrooms
There is a very spacious pavilion located next to the dining pavilion which houses three different luxurious Bedrooms.

Luxurious Master Bedroom:
this very spacious and luxurious Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a wide dressing. The open-air bathroom has beautiful whitewashed wooden floorings and contains a shower, a terrazzo build in open-air bath and a separate toilet. You find great contemporary art and a relaxing lounge area in this superb luxurious room.

Luxurious Duplex Bedroom:
this luxurious Bedroom has a king-sized bed positioned closer to the high ceiling overlooking the living area downstairs. This living area can also be transformed into a place where your children can sleep if necessary so you can have some privacy upstairs while supervising the children downstairs. Downstairs is a living area with a great lounging sofa and build in closets. The open-air bathroom has beautiful whitewashed wooden floorings and contains an open-air shower, a terrazzo build in open-air bath and a separate toilet.

The Romantic Bedroomsss
The wooden pavilion at the meditative river houses this romantic and charming bedroom. It is perfect for couples or younger people enjoying Bali's beauty. It has a king-sized bed with a shower and separate toilet. The size of this bedroom is smaller than the other larger bedrooms but has a unique atmosphere.

Bedroom 8
This bedroom is nestled into the bigger pavilion which houses the dining room and the kitchen. 12 guests or children can stay in 6 bunk beds. Bedroom 8 has a bathroom with rain shower, 12 lockers and a separate toilet.

Dining Room
The dining room is located in a sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion offering the most stunning green infinity views over Bali's beauty. It has a funky bar and is directly connected to the very large and professional kitchen which can cater for all tastes. The antique dining table can easily have 14 people eating in comfort.

There is more furniture available to cater for larger groups and the staff will not hesitate to organize the facilities in the same but bigger way. The dining room is separated by beautiful Balinese lotus ponds from the living room in the central pavilion.

Living Room
The main pavilion overlooking the rice terraces is a very spacious and covered pavilion open on all sides. It has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic contemporary art. Constructed in traditional Balinese style this living room makes you relax and lounge. Drink a cocktail here and enjoy the spectacular, unobstructed infinity views over Bali.

In front of this main pavilion you can also see Villa Infinity Bali/s 40 meter excelling pool. The present music sound installation offers a finishing touch. The living room is connected to the Master Suite Bedroom and the dining room by bridges over the beautiful Balinese lotus ponds.

Media Room
In between the Master Suite Bedroom and the two Luxurious Bedrooms situated closer to the river there is a fantastic air conditioned media room with cinema, lounge, pool table and games. So if you want to work on your computer while it feels to hot outside, watch a movie on a big screen with surround sound effects, have a drink and lounge or play a game of pool or other kind of games: this is the place to be. This area contributes to making Villa Infinity Bali the only villa in Bali offering everything you can possibly dream of!

The pavilion of the dining room houses also very spacious toilets which serve guests or prevent you from going to your bedroom while dining, lounging or swimming. This feature is also ideal for events like weddings and other functions!

Villa Infinity Bali caters for children of all ages. There are sleeping cots available as well as high chairs and pool safety toys. The media room has DVDs for children and CDs and books for entertainment. A lot of children television programs can also be accessed on the satellite television.
